Tomorrow we celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Presents bought or not, wrapped or not, healthy or not, it is Jesus’ birthday. Nothing else matters in the long run. He was born in a simple manger, without fancy adornments. This year we asked the kids what they really wanted for Christmas. Their answer? Rachel. Each other. To be together as a family. Ice storm or not, I think we can manage that one!
