Anytime I leave the house, I hear, "You sure have your hands full, don't you?" Our full hands reflect our heart. We wanted to create a way to keep family members up-to-date with the happenings of the children and the ever-increasing busyness that is life - and we love it!

Late nights and soccer practice
Here I am. The house is quiet. I think the kids were worn out tonight. They had a snack after soccer and went to brush their teeth. I followed them up to tuck them in, prepared for the usual, "I'm thirsty," or "Mommy (Daddy), I wanted to tell you..." You know, all the important things that happened during the day that they were too busy to tell us about until now. But no, they all went straight to their beds. Even Katie. She actually WANTED to go to bed in HER bed, which I think is the first time EVER. She was falling asleep saying her bedtime prayers, holding a baby doll (she is rarely without one). Each said their prayers and fell straight to sleep. So what did we do differently today (so we can do it again tomorrow!)? Well, tonight was the first soccer practice. They played hard the whole practice (as did Bryan and me as coaches). Mary was the only one who "took it easy" in her stroller :)! And she was the LAST one to fall asleep, having much to say about the whole evening. Good night!
